These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile platforms, communication channels, educational services, digital content, WhatsApp Official API communications, Rich Communication Services (RCS), and any other services offered by Rudra The Practical School (collectively, the “Services”).

Rudra The Practical School is located at SSA-108, Shivdas Bungalow, Beside Symbiosis School, Ashwin Nagar, CIDCO, Nashik – 422009, India. By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in accordance with the laws of India.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately.

“Services” include educational programs, practical learning sessions, online/offline classes, digital materials, messaging services, and support services.
“Platform” refers to our website, WhatsApp Business account, RCS channels, learning portals, or any digital medium operated by Rudra The Practical School.
“Content” includes text, videos, images, study materials, messages, and intellectual property provided by us.
“Third-Party Services” means services provided by Meta (WhatsApp), Google, telecom operators, or other technology partners.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Services of Rudra The Practical School, you expressly accept these Terms, including any policies incorporated by reference. Acceptance may occur by registering, enrolling, submitting forms, making payments, communicating via WhatsApp or RCS, or otherwise interacting with our Platforms.

Description of Services

Rudra The Practical School provides practical-based education, training, academic support, skill development programs, and communication services for students and guardians. Services may be delivered through physical classrooms, digital platforms, WhatsApp messaging, RCS notifications, or hybrid methods.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.

Eligibility

Users must be legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law. If the User is a minor, access must be provided only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on behalf of the minor.

Account Registration

Certain Services may require account creation or registration. Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. Rudra The Practical School is not responsible for issues arising due to incorrect or outdated information.

User Responsibilities

Not to submit false or misleading information
To comply with applicable laws and regulations
To respect the intellectual property of Rudra The Practical School
Not to send abusive, illegal, or harmful content via our communication channels

Payment & Billing Terms

Fees for educational programs or services shall be communicated clearly prior to enrollment. Payments once made are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Rudra The Practical School reserves the right to revise pricing, introduce new charges, or discontinue offers.

Subscription Renewal & Termination

Where Services are subscription-based, renewals may occur automatically unless cancelled. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of Services.

Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS

Rudra The Practical School uses WhatsApp Official Business API and RCS messaging for transactional updates, service notifications, academic alerts, and approved promotional communication. Users consent to receive such communications upon opting in.

All messaging strictly complies with Meta Business Messaging Policies and RCS guidelines.

Message Delivery & Compliance Policy

Delivery of messages depends on telecom operators, internet connectivity, and third-party platforms. Rudra The Practical School does not guarantee message delivery timelines and shall not be liable for delays or failures beyond its control.

Intellectual Property Rights

All Content, branding, curriculum materials, and intellectual assets are the exclusive property of Rudra The Practical School. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

Confidentiality

We maintain reasonable safeguards to protect confidential information. Users agree not to disclose proprietary information received through our Services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Rudra The Practical School shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

Indemnification

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in Nashik, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
